Important Information and House Rules
Arrival and departure:
Apartment check-in is possible on arrival day from 3 pm (in summer from 2 pm)..
On departure day please check out by 9.30 am (10 am in summer).
Don’t forget to hand in the key!

Excursions:
We are happy to help and to share our local knowledge to organise lovely trips in the surrounding areas. Don’t hesitate to ask. Information brochures from the lifts, ski schools and general information can be found in the entrance hall.
Bank:
A bank with cashpoint is situated directly opposite our house.
Payment:
We accept cash, debit or credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Please settle you bill 2 days before departure at the latest.
Tableware, cutlery, kitchenware:
If any kitchen item is missing, please don’t hesitate to ask – we are happy to help. PLEASE replace only washed crockery to the cupboards and to it’s original place. The same applies to cutlery, glasses, pans and appliances which have been in use.
Please dispose of all waste yourself.
Gift vouchers:
Why not give your friends or family a gift of a stay in the Alpenhof? We can provide accommodation gift vouchers of your choice.
Front door:
The front door is locked at night. Your room key opens the front door and the ski room door.
Internet:
WiFi is free of charge. Please ask for the code. Please log out after use.
Registration forms and Guest Cards:
You will recieve the WildschönauCard on your arrival for many free and discounted services.
We must explicity insist that only registered guests are allowed to use our apartments!
Separation of waste:
In the Wildschönau waste separation is mandatory. The garbage room is located next to the garage (left side). Paper, plastic, cardboard, clear glass, coloured glass and metal are all collected separately. Residual waste must be put in the marked bin. There is also a bin for bio-degradable waste.
Quiet at night from 10:00 pm:
Please keep noise down to a minimum after 10:00 pm. TVs must be kept to a low volume.

Parking:
Our own car park is at your disposal free of charge for the duration of your stay.
Smoking:
Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our apartments
Umbrella:
Please just ask if you need to borrow one.
Reception:

Keys:
Please take care of your apartment key. We must make a charge of € 100 for any lost keys.
Damages:
Please let us know about any damages that may have been caused before departure. In our experience damages are covered on your own household insurance. Court of jurisdiction is Rattenberg.
Ski room and boot dryer:
Please place your skiing equipment and walking boots right at the back of the garage. Please not that wearing of ski boots and walking boots in the house is not allowed.
Please park prams, toboggans or bikes here too.
Spar –Supermarkt:
Opening hours: Mon- Fri 6.30 am – 6.30 pm, Sat 6.30 am – 6 pm.
In winter open on Sundays.
Games:
In the hall you will find some games and books for your use during your stay. Please take care of them and return after use.
Drying room:
You may hang up any wet sports clothing in the drying room
Water:
Our water is the healthiest you can get. The water in the whole house is drinking water quality purified by the Grander method.
Linen:
If you need further towels there will be a charge of EUR 1.50 per person, for bed linen EUR 10.- /set
Washing machine and dryer:
For the use of our washing machine or dryer there will be a charge. Wash only EUR 3 , Wash and Dry EUR 4 , Detergent pad EUR 1
Extra Cleaning:
If you need us to clean the apartment during your stay there will be a charge of € 15/ 30 min,
